Ill take a stab at it and seem to remember seeing one on a '65 361. I'm sure it was on other years/motors as well.

looks like "1965-67 383, 413 and 440 except 1967 B-body 440. The 440 TNT decal shown below is from a 1966 Chrysler. Not sure if 1967 used this or not. Cars with cleaner air package (CAP) had nipple to connect to breather cap. Note: I've seen two styles in 1967 cars. The difference is the indent on the front. The last two pictures are from a 1967 Fury I police vehicle with a 383."

The indent is for AC cars. Quite a common air cleaner in the day. The 67 GTX although similar, is the hard to find and more expensive "large family" air cleaner.

The round inlet stacks were used on a variety of B and C body big blocks. The hipo oval inlet units are much more difficult to come across.
