I am going to run B1 BS heads on my 440 in my Duster. The header flange is located .4001" taller than stock. I am wondering if anyone else is running this combo and what type of 2" primary header will work with what I got. I am using the Alterktion set-up so I have no more torsion bar and steering issues. Any help would be appreciated!

I would still try to run the TTI header. That said, could you lower the engine mount down by cutting the mount and drill holes lower down. The problem then is the oil pan is also closer to the road! I think that the headers in my Duster are easily 3/8's of an inch from the floor, and biggest headache I had was putting them in with the T bars.
I have the TTIs and a 440, and once the engine is positioned properly the headers fit with out touching anything, and I didn't have to ding a tube for any clearence issues.
