Back at the Track - Little River Dragway - Summit Super Series

Quick update on my '69 Dart. Went back to the track this past weekend for the Summit Super Series at Little River Dragway in Temple, TX. It's been a few months since we've ran and my reaction times showed it. Ha! Even with my sub-par reaction times and the blistering heat, we were able to make it to the third round with no buy back so I was super happy. Best race of the night was round #2 when we went up against this crazy blown and injected Firebird. Dang that thing was loud! I got almost a full second head start and he didn't catch me! We've got some stuff to work on, but all in all a successful night and we had the only Mopar there.

Thank you. Car is steel body with fiberglass front fenders, hood and bumpers. 540 Bracket Master engine from Indy Cylinder Head. Weigh is 2,940 empty.
