A huge thanks to all the people who help make this possible. I know it would've taken longer if not for a lot of thoughtful people sharing their experience and knowledge. It sat in a junk yard for 18 years and another 3-1/2 here at my home while I slowly built it into something I can drive regularly. I'm not sure if was because I'm so old now - but I've never struggled so much while building a car. I'm just gonna cruise/enjoy it for the summer - then finish it up when it cools off this fall. I'm very proud of it -even though it's really nothing special. It's a stock motor, but it sounds/runs good. So, here's a link to a short video if anyone's interested. It's less than 30 seconds. Not the best quality video, but good enough to see how it turned out.

That's awesome, another one save and it doesn't look too bad :)

I have been working on my car for 3-4 years myself, barely drivable now.. no rush, everytime i thought "man this is taking too long" i remember there are guys on this forum with 10 years in a car and not near done still.. it is what it is :)

Yeah, when i got mine i made a rule that i would only work on it when i felt like it, if i forced myself i would have hated it and it would be worse than it is (and it's pretty bad)

It runs, it drives, it looks good, and I bet it puts a big smile on your face getting behind the wheel, what's not to like?
3 1/2 years is actually a great accomplishment for the progress you've made, well done!
