back space question??

Maybe someone can help me out,i'm buying a set of smallbolt rallye wheels for a '70 dart,and i need to know the backspace for the front/rear wheels..and will a 14x6 wheel fit front and rear with no problem..thanks in advance..:hello2:

14X6 rally wheels will fit front and back on all years a-bodies... i wanna say they are 4 1/4 backspace but not 100% sure.. i'll measure mine.

14X6 will fit fine front and rear. Id say 4" back spacing. Stock sbp rallyes are 14X5.5" and just under 4" back spacing.

You wont fit much tire under a 70 Dart. I think Im going to go with a 225-70-14 on the back of mine and 205-70-14 up front.

yup. just measured them... they have a 4 1/4 backspace... i run them on my 71 dart. i can fir a 26 x 9 1/2" (side wall to sidewall) tire with tons of room... i run cut down c-body axles so it is a hair wider then the small bolt set up... i believe the big bolt and small bolt rims have the same backspace.

i have 265-50r14 under my ('75) dart,the rims in the back ar 8.5"
