You left out some important information for us to help you out here.
Disc, or Drum Brakes???
Front or Rear?
Studs are different between drums, and discs.
 
The last time I needed one, NAPA had them in stock. Since then I've gone all right hand thread. It was always a shop that snapped the lefties trying to get a wheel off....
 
Opps,
Drum brakes.....but actually I like the idea of changing them over to left hand threads as suggested above.
 
Your local parts shop may have, orcan probably get the correct Dorman product:


with 9" steel encased front drums

7/16"R-20 .570 knurl 1-3/8" OAL 7/16" shoulder

with 9" cast drum

7/16"R-20 .572 knurl 1-1/4" OAL 17/32" shoulder

with 10" drum
