banjo bolts

Hi
need info on the size of the Banjo bolts and the correct ( size washers ) for a
74 Dart swinger...
And any info on were to buy, (Dorman).

I had to replace the brake hose to the calibers, and the washers that came with
the it are so thin, they leaked.
sometimes...

Don't know, I reused the original washers. had no choice. The hole in the new washers was too small for the bolt to go through. Chinese crap !

I'm in Kansas City and I got mine at Car Quest. I don't know what size they are but I told to guy at the counter what car I had and he brought out two or three that he thought would work. I took them home and used the ones that worked then too the others back. I hope this helps. It was a long time ago so I can remember all the details.

Pretty sure they are 3/8 fine (24 pitch). One of the many Ford part#s is 385116-S2 (3/8 x 1.25)

Dorman # 13947 for the bolt... it fits many Fords.
never think of going to a dealer, I'll give it a try

Try the local dealer. I've found that the only washers that work are the factory ones. I just buy them over the counter at the local Dodge dealer.
