Barracuda Fender Brackets

I'm missing the brackets that mount to the fenders of my 67 Barracuda. How many are there and where are they located. I see 3 different tabs one in the center front and rear of fender.

From a restoration book I have:

The only one I can think of is the little 6-inch looking bracket that goes from the center of the wheel opening up to the inner fender/shock tower sheetmetal.

Looks like there is no brackets on the fender just the sheilds. Thank you for the pic
