How can I determine if my 69 Cuda originally had wheel opening mouldings?

I believe it would be a M45 code on the build sheet.

That information is not on the fender tag and on the build sheet only.
I am not for sure if the w/o holes are drilled in the wheel lip from the factory. If they are drilled and the holes are flared it probably had moldings.
