Basic Valvecover Question

I think I've decided on the Mopar polished aluminum valve covers for my 360 (P5007613). This set includes the valve covers, baffle package and 2 oil filler caps. I guess that means I still need valve cover grommets, valve cover bolts, a valve cover breather, and gaskets. Wish these were all sold as a kit to make life easier.

My question is regarding gaskets. I'm seeing "race gaskets" (P4452089) and rubber with steel shim gaskets (P5249581). The steel shim gaskets are a lot more expensive--are they reusable? Do I need to use gasket sealant for both types?

rubber gaskets dont need sealant and are reusable within a time frame. They will loose the sealing fleibility eventually like an O ring or anything else rubber.
