Battery relocation kill switch mount

I hated to drill another hole in my car and I am not going to race. So this kill switch location just made sense. No need to drill another hole, just a simple 4 bolt bracket that connects to bumper mounts and inner trunk reinforcement brackets. I will be giving this bracket some extra love and paint but thought I would run this past the forum first.

If you're not going to drag race, why put the battery in the trunk?

I don't like them going through the taillight or bumpers etc. I made a bracket so mine goes between my bumper and rear valance.

I need room in my engine compartment. Limited real-estate when you add serpentine system AC etc.

For your street car, what you have pictured is great. It's a good way to shut down the entire electrical system for peace of mind against theft.
