bears axels

Hi,Bears is making new axels with 5x4 1/2 bolt pattern for my a-body 8 3/4.after reading some threads i,m hoping my 10x2 1/2 brakes from my 8 1/4 rearend fit.i,m hoping to just bolt them on.Has anybody ever done this application.your input would be appreciated.Thanks:read2:

I got 10" X 2 1/2 " brakes off an 8 1/4" axle on My A body 8 3/4 " BBP
Fit no problem . I think the only problems occur when trying to use
the original a-body backing plates,hardware,drums = made for small bp axles they have a different offset so there's interference probs..
