Bellhousing size

How do you tell what size bellhousing you have? 9.5 vs 10.5 etc.. Thanks

I look up the casting number.

Not that this would be the "be all, end all" of decision making though it would be a quick call; the 10.5 bell housings are aluminum, the 9.5 are cast iron.

not on my 69 bb! its cast and factory!

just look up the casting numbers. tons of different bellhousings

really 68 340 was cast iron bellhousing....
