Can someone confirm if this is a '72 SB bellhousing? I know that it is a SB, it was in my '69 Swinger. Clutch fork a 10 7/8" or 12 1/2"? It had a 10 7/8" fork, diaphragm clutch and the overcenter spring was in, it operated perfectly. I have installed an old Lakewood scattershield with a 12 1/2" clutch fork, same diaphragm clutch, had to remove the overcenter spring, just touch the clutch pedal and the pedal would just slam into the floor. Ever since the switch, the clutch is very hard to push in, I have just lived with it, but I am ready for a change. Something is really off with the Lakewood. I will find it. So about the aluminum bell?
