And I am gonna bid $25 on my own piston keychain because Rob said he wanted he wanted it :toothy10: but I will replace it with something even better here in a minute.

It's pretty easy to tell them apart with a little practice. Small block (non-Magnum) Mopar valve covers have 3 holes on one side and 2 in an offset position on the other. Big blocks have 4 holes directly across from each other and 2 more at the little 'ears' on the corners.

actually had it a good long while. Found it at the junkyard when we had to scrape the rows. that's pretty much like mining for extra scrap metal that has gotten buried in the junkyard for them to make some more cash.

cool I make mine outta junk chain saws weed wackers . I always have a few around when a famliy member gives up on one thay know to call me lol . I dont make them then sell them to make money So i thought . in one of the help thread i was in why not make one lol . Okay, here's my item to take its place. Its a piston and rod out of some kinda straight six. Don't matter anyhow as its siezed up and not worth much. But highest bidder on it will get whatever they want engraved in it and I'll make it shine as best as I can. I'm pretty artsy and am good at doing all kinds of fonts and characters.

I looked at this adapter closer today with my reading glasses and noticed that it does have a notch on the topside but on the bottom side it looks like the notch has been creased causing it to look like it is splined part of the way up. Someone must have tried to install it incorrectly. I deeply apologize for the misinformation and feel really bad about this. I will let the person in charge of this thread to decide what to do but I would feel better to cancel it because I do not want someone to be dissatisfied with it. I took some pictures but it is hard to see. As a goodwill gesture I will donate two other items that I know I cannot screw up the description. It is a new never opened Dodge emblem from Year One and new reproduction 70 Duster owners manual still in bag. Again I deeply apologize and hope there are no hard feelings.

Not without enlarging the holes. Different axle tube size on a 7 1/4 and 8 3/4.
