63 dart stock car small block. antifreeze not allowed. thank you for your time. RR
I'm not saying you should or shouldn't run antifreeze but it doesn't say in the rules that antifreeze is not allowed. Check the link to the rules. Rule#23. I recall racing at Beatrice for their spring two day special and having the second day canceled because of snow. The overnight temps were well below freezing. Pretty sure every car there had antifreeze in it or wished they had. At temps where freezing is a concern keep antifreeze in it. You can change it when the danger of freezing is over. I save the antifreeze in jugs and put it back in the motor in the fall so it's safe over the fall/winter or if we do some racing down south over the winter. When or if you do switch to water use some type of rust inhibitor. Most of your "super cooling" additives will have a rust inhibitors in them.

Oh OK, I'm wrong on the antifreeze rule. I will use it & call it good. thank you very much 92b
Personally I would switch to water and additive when it is safe. That's up to you.

That amsoil additive works well with or without coolant. I run it in a 61 cu in 3 cylinder in a ford focus through wisconsin winters. Car warms up faster and runs a bit cooler. You can tell the difference big time below 20F, that car drops a good 10mpg when cold till it warms up.
