I am sure this has been asked a thousand times, but......

Does anyone make a riveted shoe?

Probably not anymore unless you can find an old brake shop that actually did relining....and still has the correct linings and riveter. Why would you want riveted linings? The bonded ones will give you more life and should you run them down metal to metal, they usually do less damage to the drum.

I'm using Firm Feel shoes. They're semi-metallic, the only ones I could find at the time because I like to match the friction material with the front pads. I don't remember if they are riveted, but the picture shows that they are. If you call them, they'll tell you.

A member on this board called "mobileparts" has advertised NOS brake parts. You may want to check with him.
Good luck!
