The top two look to be '67-9 B and C-body 383 and 440, '69-up D-series pickup/Ramcharger 318, and 383/400/440 with forged cranks. The bottom one looks like something aftermarket, for maybe the same application.
 
#1 with the fly cut looks like the wheels that I've found in 400 4-spd trucks 72-78.
#2 looks like it is for most internally balanced motors.

A 400 in front of a manual transmission is internally balanced too. Same crank as a 383. There were no externally balanced 400's or 440's with a manual transmission.

Yes. What I'm saying is the only motor that I've seen with the fly cut wheel is the 400 and every 400 that I've owned with a 143t had the fly cut. Just what I've seen.
