Biggest Cam in a 360?

I have a mopar performance .455/272' in a stock low compression 318. Runs good and a little lump to its idle.

I run one of those...nice chop to it!!

my 360 with a big mutha thumpr and headmen shortys this was the first fire up it needs alot of tweaking

Have you lost power with it? I heard they sound good but you loose most of your performance.

Well going for sound will usually lead you to disappointment.But, If you want your motor to sound like a pro stock car (LOL) then use one of the dreaded .509 purple cams... wich could actually work well in your 360 with the right gear and converter.

this wouldn't be the biggest, but it really does sound good and your neighbors will hate you.

This cam might be a contender.
Says will have enough vacuum for power brakes.

Rear gearing would be a good change. Depending on what you have now for gear. Intake is another option to change. Converter if stock better off with quality higher stall unit.
