What is the best way to clean the large billboard stickers and not have streaks on them?

I was in Florida last month, and a friend applied this to v24 hood treatment in 90 degree heat and it worked great! It's also very cheap! $10. I bought a bottle and used it on blacked out hood, windows, etc works good.
