Blacked out front clipsTh

Thinking about blacking out the front clip on my 1974 dart swinger like the Super stock cars, anyone else have this done to there cars? Photos please

Out of curiosity why would anyone do the front clip and not just the hood where the glare comes from. Isn't the glare why the hood was blacked out in the first place?

The front clips on the super stock cars where black/grey since they came unpainted I like the look
