I am switching from AC to non-AC. I picked up a non-AC heater box. I figured I would do my best to rebuild it before putting it in the car (73 Duster). I bought a new blower motor. I tried everything that I could think of to get the "fan" off of the old motor, but I failed miserably. Needless to say the fan is destroyed. Does anyone know where I could get a new fan? Or does anyone know an easy way to remove the fan from the blower motor so I could hit the boneyard? Thanks for your help in advance.

Spray that shaft down with WD40 and let it sit a while. You may also use a propane torch available at your local hardware store to heat it up to break down the rust. Should come off using those techniques.

I tried it, sprayed with PB Blaster, let it sit for about six hours, sprayed it again. I heated up the hub, yeah I took the set screw out, nothing worked. Finally I tried using a pulley puller, but with the fan being aluminum, it just got all twisted up. I just got back from a parts place, my favorite place because there is not a computer in sight. The guy spent a couple of minutes with me and we found one with very similar dimensions. He had to order it and it should be in in a few days. I like those old garage/parts stores. The guy could pull out a big book, from one of fifty big books, find a part and pick up the phone and order exactly what you want in minutes. Try going to a big franchise store and order an obscure part.
