Blower motor Help

My heater blower motor has quit working on my 72 Swinger with factory A/C. I disconnected the electrical connector at the blower motor under the hood and checked it with a voltmeter. It wasn't showing any volts with the switch in the high or low position. I removed the blower fan resistor at the heater box and it looks like new. I ran a jumper wire to the blower motor off the battery and it runs fine. I don't think it is getting any power. All the fuses appear to be ok. Anyone know what fuse controls power to the blower motor?? Any input would you could offer would be really appreciated.
