Hi,wandering if anyone has info on 4-71 roots style blower?Where to get full kit,ease of install,gains,etc.?

Years ago a friend stuck one on his carbed 5.0 mustang. It worked quite well. There was just a listing... Moparts race parts I think. They work well, and it's a big block B wedge intake and pulley/belt setup. Pretty simple, single big carb.

I agree on a bigger blower setup. We put a 6-71 on my Dad's Demon with a 340.It was a dyers setup,worked well.

If you have time, can you run down the specs on the motor (especially info on the pistons, cam and any head work done to it)? TIA.

The pistons were custom with a mild hydraulic flat tappet,heads were unported. He no longer has the car , sorry I dont have the exact specs on the engine.

I didn't realize he didn't have it any longer ... great looking car. I would have loved to have heard any driving impressions your dad had with that setup.
