well just got my car running this weekend did a power brake in the driveway
(just to test it out) parked it for the night. Started it today to take it into town, made it to the end of the driveway, and blew the 8 1/4 rear (360 motor) talk about bummed. on the up side i called a friend and got a 72 duster w/ an 8 3/4" for $200 bucks. life goes on. so now i need new axles with large bolt pattern. Probably another month before i get to drive it.
car was abused befor i got it with zero maintence. but a running 340 car w/ a 340 engine and all i drove home with buckets, ralleys and fold down rear seat, and one small dent so i cant really complain just weeding out the week links the way i see it. paid 1800. not to bad the way i see it.
