body parts interchange questions - 72 vs 74 dart 2door ht

i should know this, but just want to confirm, car is dart 2 door hard top.

a door from a 74 should fit a 72 provided that the all parts for the 74 door are used, inner door panel and upper door trim, etc. ? if yes, then is the glass the same?

also same car the rear quarter panels will interchange as well correct?

No, the doors don't interchange as a bolt-on and their internals are completely different. As a whole door assembly, I think you have to do some roof mods to get them to seal before they will bolt onto the car. The quarter can be used as patch panels but not as whole assemblies.
 
Thanks...will the doors physically fit and work if the internals are swapped? I know the inner door handle is different.
 
I don't think they will. The inner door shell is totally different and that is what all the hardware attaches to.
