Need to find out the bolt size that hangs the rear leafspring shackle to frame of car.

not real sure as i did away with that stuff years ago but 9/16" diameter might be it. are you doing away with the shackles?
Give me a few minutes. I'll go out and pull one to find out for sure.
Bob's already given you the head size, which is 9/16". The thread is 3/8" X 16 TPI, otherwise known as corse thread, and the threaded shaft of the bolt is approximately 1" long with a washer that is not removable.
