Ok, after some hiatus caused by wife injuring her leg, getting infected, then getting sepsis, followed by several weeks of weekly wound care treatment (she's fine now), both of us getting Covid for the first time ever (due to hospital visits, I assume) followed by both of us getting the flu, Thanksgiving and Christmas family get-togethers, and finally, a couple of weeks of arctic weather (for Tallahassee), I finally got back to my 67 Barracuda suspension rebuild.

It was going OK until time to bolt the passenger side caliper to the knuckle. Not sure what year they came from, but they are pre 73 A body 4-piston brakes, so 67-72. Anyway, the two caliper mounting bolts are missing. Not the bolts that keep the two halves of the caliper together, but the two bolts that bolt the caliper to the knuckle (I call it the spindle, but the shop manual says knuckle). See arrows in the pic of the driver's side bolts below.

I have looked everywhere. Can't find them. So I thought, phooey, I'll just buy some. Have not been able to find any on line.

I don't particularly want to use generic bolts with the same length and thread, as I'm concerned about what hardness they are, plus they are shoulder bolts with a tapered end.

Are the correct bolts available? If so, where?

Or do I just need to post a wanted ad here on FABO?

The correct bolts are not available new from my research.
I placed a wanted add on FABO to find mine.
I know some will say to use a regular bolt.

Try ACE hardware.

They have a good selection of 1/2 inch, fine thread grade 8.

They solved my problem of finding those bots to work with F/M/J body spindles and B body control arms.
Neither bolts from the cars involved worked but I found some at ACE that did.
They also had 1/2 fine thread lock nuts.
