Not many Mopars there last weekend (and no A-bodies?!), but there were a few.. So, here's pics of some of the highlights (from my point of view).
First, a nice original condition '74 Charger SE. I dunno if it's $12k nice (asking price), but who am I to say? I will say that I'd take a '71-'74 Charger over a '68-'70 any time.
'67 Imperial Crown- one of 3235, and the only '67 Imp I've ever seen.
1940s Dodge oiltanker- best pic I could get
1974 Dodge-Winnebago camper.. '70s-tastic!
1972 (I think) Javelin AMX- again, I much prefer these to the '68-'70 version..
1970-71 Hornet, 5700 or BO.. I'd rock the socks off that straight-six.
I'd rock this '77 Pacer DL wagon, too- hey! Why are you all laughing!?
First raffle ticket I've ever bought.. Straight-six, automatic, fulltime 4WD, station wagon, plaid interior.. what's not to love? '82 Eagle:
And now on to the "Brand X" stuff.
First, the legendary Amphicar. Approximately 800 were built 1961-67, all "powered" by a 70 ci Triumph 4-cylinder.
Yeah, I like Hot Wheels, too.
This 1912 Model T (with GMC cab) has been in the area for years..
Last time I saw it (summer '02), it was called "Rosemary's Baby" and looked like this:
I'm not generally into "ratrods", but a truly ratty '47 Diamond T? Yes, please.
'67 Thunderbird Landau
No A-body Mopes at all, but two Ford retractables?
'58 Edsel Bermuda- one of 892. Even with the goofy color, easily my favorite car at the show.
'57 Caddy- an even grosser color than the Edsel, but I love those fins.
'60 Buick LeSabre
