Bouchillon performance kick down kit carb adapter who makes it?

Read an old post on slant six site about the kit Bouchillon Performance sells and I have all the parts off of a Dakota( cable, tranni bracket and spring, carb bracket for kick down cable that I will modify, edelbrock 1481 bracket and cable kick down stud) but can't figure out the adapter plate that you modify and attach to the edelbrock,demon, or Holley carb ( I have a edelbrock). Just trying to acquire the bracket that you have to modify. I am sure it's probably already a bracket made by someone else if not I will have to be creative.
 
Have you called Bouchillon and asked Randy? Maybe you can pull it up on their site and look at one for ideas.
 
Thanks for the link. I have read over all of it and its the throttle lever extension plate.i did find where Randy filed for a patent for it so I guess he designed it. He doesn't sell that piece only.
