Brainstormin' 440 vs 5.9 ...

"Yes" ... as in the raise compression/piston not so far down the whole? Or yes, they are the same slugs I already have..
The 1263 series would be '68-'72 series, .057" taller, ......knock about 14cc's out for You....I don't have an industrial listing in this catalog, but I know it did show extra-short low squeeze 'teener truck 7:1 slugs....did not for the 440 so.....

So You may find this listing interesting.......

Look what showed up today. If you’re one of the first to order, there’s no delay in the shipping. I see now that there is a delay in the shipping due to high volume sold.

Watcha think
Look like nice pieces honestly. I’ll know more when I put them on and see how they clear the springs and sit on top of the valves, buty that won’t be for a while though because I gotta get the motor in the truck and run it as is first.

Gonna throw some hair dryers on it and make @TT5.9mag proud ?

Ask @Turbo440Dart what it’s like to make a hit with 970lb/ft on tap. His 440 with a big hair dryer made some impressive numbers on Sunday. And it’s a simple package.
Having played with turbo 4 cylinders about 25 years ago, I know the amount of extreme power they can make. But it ain't CHEAP by any means. And I don't care if you get your turbo for free. You have to have a drive train to handle the power, and the safety equipment to get on the track. But I do love boost in many situations.
You also don't need no stnk'n generic assist, N/A is the way.
All in all, I am a N/A guy. I like simplicity under the hood. No clutter. It's why in almost every classic car, I install manual steering, manual brakes, and no A/C. A single fan belt and tons of room makes the engine bay a happy place.

Yea don’t let anyone tell you it’s cheap or easy.
