Brainstormin' 440 vs 5.9 ...

-
Another nice snowfall last night. From my window, I'd guess 4-5 inches more. Ugggh, gotta go shovel and my wife just told me she's disappointed I didn't put the caterpillar in the video again. Next video... LOL
Let's raise that to 7-10 inches ..... just got in from shoveling.... lol. Vans look like huge eggs and the trucks look like icebergs

Joe told me his RV 413 with angled heads and 750 carb in his truck ran mid 10's in the 1/8 with 4.10's and 29" slicks. That might be a low 16 in the 1/4 mile?? Oh boy! Maybe I will have a real slug... LOL

I'm going to see it myself whether it goes 18 seconds or 8 seconds LOL
I’m glad you’re doing it this way. It’s gonna be fun. And informative.
I’m flabbergasted at the 13 second range guesses. Do these guys know you’re not running the 1/8?
Preach that from the rooftops.

yes, it will be fun. I'm very excited for this. While I know some want the RV engine exposed and others are big/small block fans, I'm cheering for the truck. I will give the 440 my best.

It’s the factory 440 RV cam isn’t it? With single plane intake, 750 DP, headers, and looser than stock converter, and 3800 pounds, it should still be capable of sub 14 second times.
