Brake lines - Power to Manual swap

As part of my big block swap, I'm swapping from the factory power disc brake setup on my '72 Dart Swinger to the more modern but manual master cylinder. I'm using the Mancini Master cylinder kit. Is there a pre-bent brake line kit for this swap to go from the new master cylinder to the distribution block? Can I use a factory replacement manual brake lines from a company like Inline?

you can use prebents from inline or just ease your lines on over and connect them.

My factory master uses two different size fittings. The new aluminum master uses the same size front and rear - 1/2" x 20

I went the route of of the Napa brake line and adapted it to the 1/2x20 master cylinder.
