Hey guys, getting ready to put my 2 bolt aluminum master cylinder on. Also switching from power to manual brakes. I have a master cylinder I scored a while back but I need a new bushing for my manual push rod and I also need the dust boot that goes on the inside of the firewall. Ive only found some that seem way over priced. Anyone know where I can score these?
 
Ok, I've used a piece of vacuum hose, or maybe it was fuel hose for the bushing.
You'll have to trim it to fit, but you'll find it works just fine.
And at least as well as a 50 year old original!
The boot used to come with some m/cyl. rebuild kits.
You can probably get by without it unless operating in a very dusty environment.
