Pleasant Hill and Walnut Creek, too. I’m there! It’s playing in San Jose!
First of all / Steve Mcqueen built the mustang up. He was a ford nut.Cool, I will try to see it.
I remember a quote from somebody on the original film, they had to do alot of mods to the Ford, to keep up with a stock Charger.
It's hard for us to believe that most people have never seen the movie.
And just ask the check out person under at the grocery store under 30 if they even know who Steve McQueen was.
I'm 27 and Steve McQueen is very high on my list of all-time total badass awesome people. But you are right, you never hear about old actors like that unless you go looking for them.
Bullitt was one of the first movies I saw that really got me interested not only in Mopars with that awesome Charger but also '60s culture and older classic movies in general. Just the way the acting, cinematography, writing etc. is so different from movies made today I thought it was really interesting. About 10 years ago I got a 2-disc DVD set of Bullitt with a whole bunch of extra features and commentary including 'back-in-the-day' interviews and behind-the-scenes stuff from my local Best Buy.
Dude!! If it isn’t available nearby, you gotta find it on DVD. CAR guy Classic.Never seen it. Might have to go watch it if any theatre close by plays it.
Yea I’m definitely gonna have to watch it sometime. I have seen the chase scene a few times though.Dude!! If it isn’t available nearby, you gotta find it on DVD. CAR guy Classic.
