will a 71 duster bumper fit a 73 dart?

The rear might! Fronts are different.

No. Both are different. The 73 Dart bumper has a V-shape in the center. On the Duster, the tail lights are in the rear sheet metal. On the 73 Dart hardtop and sedans, the tail lights are in the bumper. The shape is completely different.

Front bumper no but the rear will if it is a Dart Sport but not if it is a Swinger.
