here we go...on my 67 Barracuda ...My car wont start in Park ...just neutral... ? Why?

My horn system is hooked up ... I have a new horn ring ...new horn relay ...any ideas...?

How do I know if I had electrical or foiot pump washer in this...?

You may need to adjust your shift linkage for the start problem, it may not go into park all the way. My 74 Satellite does the same thing every now and then. May need a new neutral safety switch?

fuse for the horn good? wire hooked up at the horn good? grounded well?

You'll need a test light. If the switch and wiring is good you should be able to physically feel the horn relay click and see power to the horn/s with the test light. Could just be a dead horn.
If the wiper switch has a spring loaded push feature you probably had electric washer pump. LOok for a dark brown wire near the master cylinder or left inner fender I should make the test light burn when the switch knob is pushed. I use that switch feature to get a one sweep intermittent wiper action instead of wash.
