bushings

changing lower control arm bushings in my 69 dart...is it rubber or poly? which one do i use?..i drive it on street not much , i do drag race..(low 11's)..im welding in stiffings plates on the lower arms..any input will help..

Get yourself some standard rubber bushings for the lowers. Available at Rock Auto.com for 11 bucks each...They are Moog brand...

i wish..70 340 020 over crank from an old 318 truck...w2 heads...hp? trq? all roller..it has run 11.50 through mufflers and m h street masters..i only ran it once at the track...she has more to give ..just have no time
