by pass with -AN fittings

not using evans coolant,,,its very costly,,and can not be mixed with any thing,,,,if you break down,,blow a rad,,the local auto parts store isnt going to have it,,,,,,

the rockers are production 273 style adjustable,,,maybe not a persission as rollers,,,but they are TROUBLE FREE,,, adjusted them once in 10 years,,and really wasnt an issue,,, ultra dyne solid custom blower cam,,,its just a cruise nite car,,,,thanks

i found that the mobile 1 filters are a membrane,,not a paper filter,, just like the ones i use on my cummings,,,good for both conventional and syn, oil,,,so ive ben using them,,, read spo much hate on the fram i stopped using them,,,,neverr had a [problem tho
 
Not a fram person either. I only use K&n (air) and wix (oil)
 
ide of switched to the wix,,but napa is a little far to drive for a filter,,,and wix makes most all filters any ways,,,,,but the mobile 1 filter is available locally to me,,,even tho its high priced,,,13 bucks for the shorty,heavy as heck
 
Why not buy two at a time (should be tha same price as the mobil 1) that way you don't have to go out there everytime you change your oil.

I ended up doing this, as I have a victor 340 manifold, the bypass on manifold sits a tad higher, making the factory molded hose too short, I used Performance SS fittings.

Got a piece of stainless 3/4" pipe, made the one for manifold longer.
