Bypass hose fitting size in cylinder head

Can someone please tell me the thread type and size of the bypass fitting in the cylinder head to the water pump please?

It's a common NPT pipe thread, I believe it's 3/8.
But not at home right now to verify.

The hose is a 5/8 just changed mine and yes threaded nipple is 3/8 npt
