I have a matching set of California Black Plates that are clear and ready to use according to the DMV. They can be used on a car up through 1969, in 1979 they went to blue/yellow. The YOM stickers I have are for 1964 and 1969. While the plates won’t be technically correct for 1964 cause of the letter sequence, they can still be used. But if you have s 1969, they are perfect.
