you may know this: I have a friend who has put a 1964 Dodge Dart 273 and 904 into a 1963 Convertible Valiant that was a 3 on the tree. It already has a hole in the floor where someone had converted it to a floor shift. He needs a console like this and a shifter. The question is will the '64 push button cables match up to the 65 console shifter?

As far as I know, they will match up, just be very long.
