You have j heads, there is no quench pad to measure.

If you had a "AKA" close chamber head. The flat spot on the head and the piston at tdc(top dead Center) with head gasket, would be you quench ###

There is no calculator for the affect. There is only the math that gives you the amount of open space between the piston top and the head.
