To late all I need is roters for this setup what roters do I need.

The ones that fit. Just look for stock KH rotors for a 1970 Duster with disc drum setup.
You haven't stated you have the center hubs with bearings.
The K-H rotors were hub mounted rotors a lot like what is found on modern front wheel drive cars. The main difference is the parts are swedged together at the lug studs.
I haven't looked at aftermarket rotors so I dont know if a complete hub/rotor assembly is offered.
