Looking for a fun car to drive with a little zip!

From what you've posted, it's looks pretty good to me...

But, If your compression, intake, or carb, are something out if the ordinary?.....that could be a decisive factor as far as narrowing it down.

What are those parts he lists above?

Personally, I cam a little heavier than what you list. Manual trans cars can hand it.
For example, in my 4spd/360/Cuda I run 4.10's and a 28 inch tire and the current cam is a 248* @ .050. It is a 11-1 engine with aluminum heads and a RPM 750cfm 1-3/4 tube headers.

I'm also curious as to whether your heads are cut for dual valve springs, and what rockers you will use?

If you want to stay with a single spring, I'd think something more in the Comp 280 Magnum range will give you plenty of streetability, nice mid-range, and a little thump to the exhaust.

Not yet sure of how much of a "hotrod" you're really looking for?

Running the 800cfm Tquad with an aluminum 8007 Weiand intake.
Heads are unmolested. Just looking for firm springs that will function properly with the cam.
Hooker Competition ceramic headers. I am only at 9:1.

Looking for a fun car to drive on the weekends.
Anyone have other cams that match my build that would work?
I know that every cam maker says theirs is better, just looking for opinions and any RED flags.

Like the first choice ,with 9 to 1 comp, and the general combination. Good choice.
