I don't believe so, no. I don't believe there's holes in the cam to feed the rocker assemblies. So you would have to drill them or chuck it in a lathe and grove the #2 and 4 journals and stick restrictors in the block passages (remember it will get 100% oiling to the top end once the cam's groved). There's also no snout for a fuel pump drive, although that can be addressed in a couple ways via adaptors or an electric pump.
