Would this cam be suitable for a roots blower 340 with 8.0 to 1 compression?
Crower Pro Street solid lift .521/.528 Adv. Duration 294/298 @.050 .243/.245..112 LSA.

Your missing the amount of overlap the cam has. While less is better for a blower engine, if you have alot of overlap, the blower will not pressureize the engine as well as if the overlap is less. Call the cam company and ask them to customize those basic specs into a blower cam.

I do know that on a turbo motor the duration is way to high. Lobe seperation is ok but would be better at 114 or 116.

Thanks guy's,

The duration did seem high to me as well. I would think you would want to keep it below 230 degrees @ .50

Scott Brown over on moparts can grind a cam specific to your application. He grinds some nasty cams and I am using one as well.

That is probably the route I will take when the time comes for a cam. I just saw this one cheap and figured I would ask. No harm in asking.
