Cam recomendation

Hey guys,, I have a 70-73 basically stock 318, The car has headers and an aluminum highrise and 4 barrel. I need help deciding what cam lift/duration with hydraulic lifters would be best. I'm hoping for a little lope and power increase but don't want to go to a stall convertor or anything at this time.. Help ??

yep, without changing gears or stall it's about the only way to get a lope without over cam'ing it.

The stock 340 cam worked really well in my 318. I also changed the Valve springs to the stock 340 ones. Just my experience.
