Cam Release Package For A Variable Speed Wiper Motor

I have a 1971 Demon 340 with variable speed wipers and I am needing the plastic cam piece and retainers that go between the wiper motor and the the linkage. Chrysler called it the cam release package. Can someone please tell me who to go to, to purchase this parts package? Or if someone has the Chrysler part number. Thank you very much.

Im pretty sure nobody makes them new. I have seen NOS ones for sale. Check ebay.
