So I have a 70 Swinger that I'm going to put in a 360 LA motor (74/75 vintage)
3.73 sure grip 8 3/4 rear axle
904 trans - I need to freshen it with all new steels, frictions, bands, etc.
Plan on running an air gap intake
750 vac secondary carb
I have 1.88-1.60 cast heads plan on doing some home blending / porting
using the .28 head gaskets
HP116CP pistons so should put me around 9.8 CR
std bore block
Probably use a 3500-4000 stall converter
Hughes adjustable rocker arms on banana shafts (non roller)
using a 275 MT ET street tire
Its a street/strip car, hoping to be a mid 12 car would love to touch high 11's but probably not possible with this combo.
The lunati voodoo I'm kicking around using is the 10200704 with 513/533, 234/242, 279/287, 110/106 cam. Wanted to get feedback on this set up or another cam thought.
I can't afford eddy heads so I'm on a budget. This is more than I can afford but somehow I'll get it done.
Or was thinking about going to the newer magnum roller, I hear you can get a little more with less from them.
Any and all constructive feedback is appreciated.
Thanks in advance
